Open Discussions with Olympus Dao, to establish governance alliance/consortium including FEI protocol and FIAT DAO protocol to develop/execute a framework for Dao to Dao swaps and bonding of these stable coin assets

WHY: Currently FIAT DAO, has a partnership with OLYMPUS DAO and Olympus is looking to add a partnership with FEI protocol and execute a Dao to Dao swaps as well as offer FEI Bonds. Lobis should open discussions with both FIAT DAO and FEI DAO for similar engagements/offerings to increase our reach as a Governance protocol that includes stable coin issuers. Our partner (Olympus Dao) has determined FIAT DAO and FEI to be worthy protocols and are taking active positions to enhance their portfolio and bond offerings. We should begin by asking Olympus Dao, to assist us in executing similar endeavors with these protocols. They would also be excellent candidates for Governance Alliance/Consortium partners.

HOW: In order for LOBIS to be successful we must open discussions with multiple protocols and seek the advice and assistance from our current partners in developing relationships to enhance/improve our goals of becoming a multifaceted Governance Alliance/consortium protocol to all of DeFi.
