WHY: A migration to Curve v2 LP will provide some benefits to both Lobis protocol and LOBI traders, allowing for lower slippage, a more competitive liquidity distribution and potential new income streams.

The migrated pool on Curve v2 will experience lower slippage, fostering a smooth trade experience. Reduced slippage (double effect) should lead to higher volumes, and thus more revenues for Liquidity Providers and stabilizing the pool
Allowing single staking in liquidity. Easier buyback process when required
Lobis will accumulate CRV with its own liquidity

WHAT:

Create an LOBI-OHM pool on Curve v2
Withdraw our liquidity from Sushiswap and redirect it to the newly created Curve v2 pool
Get a gauge for the Curve v2 pool

WHEN: Standard governance: draft 3 days, formal 1 day, snapshot 2 days

If I am not mistaken does Convex has a majority in curve. Would it be wise to move our liquidtiy to a DApp that is controled by Convex 🤔

Excellent question! I would say there is no perfect answer, but what we are trying to achieve is fighting this centralization. If we have a Curve gauge, we will be able to accumulate CRV, accelerating the decentralization process, so this helps the cause imo.

also how is moving from sushiswap and onsen rewards that have yet to be seen or even discussed much, cause of ? wut i dont know? did someone forget to collect onsen rewards or did they vanish or never existed, its opaque to me rn- there are more questions, will the transfer of liquidity be transparent such that we can follow on chain?-

moving money around makes me nervous and suspicous as to what’s really happening, because wonderland/TIME made some suspicous transfers from and around sushi, so this maybe is a coincidence or not
